Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved for reasons other than damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns sent back without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@shopfurico.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. If a return is not required, we may offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom or personalized products; personal care goods such as beauty products; and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
